First of all, go to Settings and scroll down until the Support section. Here, tap on “Live Chat”.
We shall distinguish two cases:
- Support is online. Fill the form with your full name, email and with the message you want to send to our Support. Then, a live chat with one of our operators will begin.
- Support is offline. In the case our support is offline, you should fill the form with your full name, email and with the message you want to send to our Support. One of our operators will be back at you via email as soon as possible.
