EidooID returns these errors when an email address is present in the old ICOEngine database (now migrated to EidooID), or when the wallet in use is already associated with another email:
- if you were already registered on ICOEngine, just use your credentials (email and password) to access your new EidooID account (2FA - Two Factor Authentication is not required)
- if your wallet is already associated with an EidooID account, make sure you log in with the correct credentials (email and password)
