Note: the only way to restore your wallet is through the 12 words passphrase (seed) that was provided to you the first time you opened the wallet. Being a non-custodial wallet, our company does not hold a copy of the seed of its customers, moreover there is no server where this information is stored. If you still have your wallet installed, you can retrieve your 12 words by using the backup function (check More menu, Backup wallet). If your wallet is not installed on a secondary device and you have not saved the 12 words in a safe and offline place, you will not be able to restore it.
1) After you have downloaded and installed the Eidoo app, open it and select the Restore option
2) Enter your 12 words passphrase (you can also start typing them and use the suggest prompts)
3) Create a new password that will be used to unlock the wallet and confirm the transactions
Your wallet and assets will be available again.
