If you lose your card or it is stolen, or you suspect that someone else has found out your PIN or security information or accessed your account without your permission, you must proceed in this way:
- from the card menu, go to Card Settings (on the upper right corner)
- tap on "Report lost/stolen card"
Your card will be cancelled immediately and your account may be blocked. If, after reporting a lost card, you subsequently find the card you must not use it. Cut it in half through the signature box, magnetic strip and chip.
